Major company and specialist in horticulture, requires an Internal Account Manager, to improve and maintain relationships with current customers with a focus on improving customer service. Work with management to: preparation, shipping and tracking quotes, preparation and monitoring of purchase orders, customer service and prospecting, billing, sales and projections, administration of account receivables, emailing and receiving shipments. Candidate must be outgoing and have had prior customer service or sales experience.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Administrative or related. • Bachelor’s degree. • 3+ year’s sales experience or customer service. • Bilingual - fluent in both Spanish and English.
